W-Women Globally feature

I'm very pleased that W-Women Globally has chosen my jewelry to feature on their brand new website!

http://www.wwomenglobally.com/main/?p=209

I know you're going to love this new site.  Here's a little excerpt from their site that tells what they're all about:

Who are the W'Women?

In short:  they are Wonderful and Wise Women - and they are placed Worldwide.

At the same time, they are creative, active and successful in what they do.

In the age of the neverending hunt of (always the same) celebrities, we would like to focus on all Wonderful Women and their amazing achievements that can serve as examples and inspiration to the others.  We would like to present their stories on this site, hoping that you will enjoy them and invite your friends to read them.

Sounds like a great concept, doesn't it?

Just came back from reading article..what an awesome one! I wanted to leave a comment there but didn't see a place. So I registered w/ them and then a little link showed up..but everytime I click it it disappears :(

Very nice article though and beautiful piece they featured! I think some pottery pieces even if not rare and antique would be a good addition..it has a different look and can offer another style for customers. Some of that pottery has amazing glaze work on it. How about some w/ raku! that rainbow effect is awesome! I can see it w/ some black craft wire...would look hot w/ some of the darker vintage clothing trends!

Thank you all, ladies.

You're right, Jamee - raku would look absolutely awesome in wrapped jewelry! I'll have to see if I can find some. It's not easy to find broken things - people just throw them away. I'm going to keep my eye out. One thing I really miss in the winter here in NJ is garage sales - I'd love to go treasure hunting this weekend!

Right now I'm working on some broken Waterford - trying to come up with some inventive ideas for the wrapping. Wish me luck! :-)
